Romance language and literature (Bachelor)


Extended main subject:

The objectives of the B.A. programme are to convey a deeper understanding of the language, literature and culture of the student’s chosen linguistic and cultural region and to provide students with a solid grounding in the methods and techniques deployed in linguistics, literary and cultural studies. Students also select a second Romance language, where the focus is on acquiring a good foundation in language, literature and culture. Graduates also acquire the soft skills relevant in their potential future career areas, such as  media and publishing, adult and further education, international education and research management, or tourism management.
