Forschungsausrichtung

Das Forschungsgebiet des Lehrstuhls für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Management-Informationssysteme verortet sich an der Schnittstelle von Human Resources (HR) und Informationssystemen (IS). Der Lehrstuhl versteht sich dabei als „Boundary-Spanner“ zwischen Human Resources und Informationstechnik und untersucht aus Technik-Per­spek­tive die Erstellung sowie aus Management-Per­spektive die Anwen­dung innovativer Informationssysteme im Human Resource Management („elec­­tronic-HRM“).
