Strafrechtsrelevante Entwicklungen in der EU

The national criminal law of the Member States of the European Union must be viewed in a European context. For legal practitioners and legal scholars, it is therefore essential to have rapid and comprehensive information and an initial assessment of developments relevant to criminal law in the European Union. Already since 2010, Prof. Brodowski has been writing a series of articles entitled ‘Developments relevant to criminal law in the EU’, initially in ZIS and now in StV, on key legislative projects at EU level and relevant case law. All ‘European reports’ can be found here.
