Five programs for you!

We have created five programs for your individual need. Whether we are in a bus, a car, in the library, in the lecture or seminar: we are in a sedentary positions a great deal of time. For that reason, move and use the possibilities provided by our fitness parkour Campus in Bewegung!

All exercises in the programs are divided into three levels of difficulty – from easy to difficult.

We have created five different programs with a special focus. For instance, improve your core stability with “Stärke deinen Rücken” or train your indurance with “Lass dein Herz höher schlagen”.

You have limited time only? No problem! With our program “Beweg' dich kurz”, you train your body and clear your head at the same time.
