Certificate of participation

Here you can request a certificate of participation for courses that have taken place within the framework of fit4more (for students only).
Simply fill out the form below and select the course you would like to have certified!
After a check of your participation times (prerequisite is at least 80% participation) with the course provider, the certificate will automatically be sent to you by e-mail. Please enter your university email address.

Please note that certificates of participation can only be requested via this form until the beginning of the following semester.
If your course does not or no longer appears in the selection list, please send us an e-mail with your specific request.
