Stretching

Here, you find selected stretching exercises of the most important muscle groups. Through a regular performance of the exercises, you can prevent the shortening of the muscle and counteract muscular dysbalances. Moreover, the movement amplitude in the joints can be maintained or even improved.

Important:

Come into the stretching positions slowly and without swing, as otherwise the stuctures can be injured. Breath out when coming into the stretching position. Breath calmly and regularly while keeping the position. For health reasons, holding the breath should be prevented.
The muscle being stretched should be relaxed (do not contract the muscle!). Stabilize your body in the respective position and come into the stretching position by only amending the joint angle.
Stretching exercises only lead to positive and long-lasting effects on health, if they are performed regularly over a longer period of time.
