Notes: When creating the ORCA picture database, we mainly relied on freely available material from other researchers (e.g. Brady et al. (2008) or Goh (2010)). Some additional objects and scenes were found via Google Image Search and Pixabay (https://pixabay.com). However, the copyright situation was unclear with some of the source material (e.g. Brady et al. (2008) wrote that they gathered the material from (commercial) databases and via Google Image Search). Moreover, the precise legal situation differs from region to region (e.g., some regions have fair use/dealing principles and/or exceptions for research, others do not). Therefore, we provide the picture set with the terms of use described below. Exemplary pictures, which can be used for publications are provided on the OSF repository of the ORCA project. The ORCA Team Terms of use: By using the image data you agree to the following terms: You will use the data only for research and educational purposes. You will NOT distribute the above images. The authors make no representations or warranties regarding the data, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. You accept full responsibility for your use of the data and shall defend and indemnify the authors against any and all claims arising from your use of the data. References: - Brady, T.
