Forschungsausrichtung

Das Forschungsgebiet des Lehrstuhls für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Management-Informationssysteme verortet sich an der Schnittstelle von Human Resources (HR) und Informationssystemen (IS). Der Lehrstuhl versteht sich dabei als „Boundary-Spanner“ zwischen Human Resources und Informationstechnik und untersucht aus Technik-Per­spek­tive die Erstellung sowie aus Management-Per­spektive die Anwen­dung innovativer Informationssysteme im Human Resource Management („elec­­tronic-HRM“).

 

Forschungsprojekt AHEAD!

Unter Algorithmic Decision Making (ADM) werden Entscheidungen basierend auf computergestützten Algorithmen verstanden.

Forschungsprojekt HR™

Text Mining befasst sich mit der maschinengestützten Auswertung von unstrukturierten Texten zur Erkennung von Mustern.
Das Forschungsprojekt HR™ analysiert die Einsatzpotenziale von Text Mining im Human Resource Management und zielt auf die Entwicklung eines Konzepts ab, mit dessen Hilfe sich Text-Mining-Technologien vollumfänglich in bestehende HR-Geschäftsprozesse integrieren lassen. [mehr...]

Vorgehensmodelle umfassen eine zeitlich und logisch strukturierte Menge interdependenter Aktivitäten unter Einbezug der jeweiligen Ergebnisse, Methoden und Rollen.

Die digitale Transformation ist aktuell eines der meist diskutierten Themenfelder und betrifft neben vielen weiteren Unternehmensbereichen auch das Personalmanagement.
Das Forschungsprojekt TransformHRM zielt darauf ab, eine erste Bestandsaufnahme bisheriger Digitalisierungsbemühungen des Personalmanagements von Unternehmen zu erheben und eine umfassende Typologie von Digitalisierungstypen mit ihren jeweiligen Ausgestaltungen zu erarbeiten. [mehr...]
