Personalversammlung / Staff Meeting

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen, 
wir freuen uns, Sie herzlich zu unserer ersten Personalversammlung im Jahr 2026 einzuladen! 
Die Personalversammlung findet am 5. Mai 2026 um 13:00 Uhr im Konferenzraum des Gebäudes C7 4 auf dem Campus in Saarbrücken statt. 
Für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen am Standort Homburg bieten wir am darauffolgenden Tag, dem 6. Mai 2026 um 9:00 Uhr eine weitere Personalversammlung im Personalkasino, Gebäude 32, 1.OG, an. 
Herzlich willkommen sind wie immer alle von uns vertretenen Beschäftigtengruppen – insbesondere wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, Lehrkräfte für besondere Aufgaben, studentische und wissenschaftliche Hilfskräfte sowie Juniorprofessorinnen und Juniorprofessoren. 

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt der Personalversammlung ist auch in diesem Jahr der direkte Austausch: Sie haben die Gelegenheit, Ihre Fragen, Anliegen und Anregungen an den Präsidenten oder andere Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der Dienststelle zu richten. Sollten Sie Ihre Fragen lieber anonym stellen wollen, können Sie uns diese gerne vorab zukommen lassen – wir bringen sie dann stellvertretend für Sie ein. 

Wir freuen uns sehr auf Ihre Teilnahme, auf anregende Gespräche und einen lebendigen Austausch – sowohl in Saarbrücken als auch ganz besonders in Homburg.

Dear Colleagues, 

We are pleased to cordially invite you to our first meeting of the academic staff of 2026! 
The staff meeting will take place on May 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the conference room of Building C7 4 on the Saarbrücken campus. 
For our colleagues at the Homburg location, we are offering another staff meeting the following day, May 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the staff cafeteria, Building 32, 1st floor. 
As always, all employee groups we represent are warmly welcome. In particular these are for example research assistants, instructors for special assignments (LFBA), student assistants, and junior professors. 

A special focus of this year’s staff meeting is once again direct dialogue: You will have the opportunity to address your questions, concerns, and suggestions to the President or other representatives of the administration. If you would prefer to ask your questions anonymously, please feel free to send them to us in advance. We will then present them on your behalf. 

We very much look forward to your participation, to stimulating discussions, and to a lively exchange both in Saarbrücken and especially in Homburg.
