Dear international members of the scientific staff at Saarland University

Working in a foreign country can be challenging sometimes.

Liebe Kollegen, liebe Kolleginnen,

für alle Mitarbeitenden der Universität ist der Rosenmontag dienstfrei. Dabei muss jeweils die Hälfte der täglichen Arbeitszeit "ausgeglichen” werden. Das heißt:  

Beträgt Ihre festgesetzte tägliche Arbeitszeit 8 Stunden, so sind 4 Stunden auszugleichen, arbeiten Sie in der Regel täglich 4 Stunden, so müssen Sie 2 Stunden vor- oder nacharbeiten, usw.
