Hermann and Dr. Charlotte Deutsch Foundation

The Hermann and Dr. Charlotte Deutsch Foundation, named after its founders and based in Saarbrücken, was established on April 14, 2000 as a non-profit foundation under civil law. Its purpose is to provide material support for teaching and research in the following areas of Saarland University:

• European Institute, Department of Law
•  Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, in particular applications in life sciences and biotechnology
• Faculty of Medicine, in particular research in the interdisciplinary field

The Foundation's Executive Board decides on the use of the funds.
