Motto: “Scientific progress in responsibility”
The Paul Fritsche Foundation Scientific Forum was founded in 1987 and is based in Homburg. It exclusively and directly pursues charitable purposes. It is a non-proftit foundation and does not pursue its own economic purposes.
The foundation serves scientific progress in a responsible manner. This purpose is achieved in particular by using the foundation's funds
- for interdisciplinary scientific events,
- to supplement courses within Saarland University,
- informing and educating the public about scientific progress and the problems associated with it,
- to prepare statements for public institutions.
Bodies of the Foundation
The Foundation's bodies are the Foundation’s Executive Board, consisting of seven members, and the General Assembly.

Memberships
Membership as a founder
Founders are natural or legal persons who donate an amount of at least €500 when they join the foundation and commit to an annual contribution of €100 or more.
Membership as a sponsor
Sponsors are natural or legal persons with a minimum annual contribution of €125.
Ordinary membership
Ordinary members are those who pay a minimum annual membership fee of €25.
