Come and explore Saarland University's friendly and welcoming campus! Experience the university up close and in person at Open Campus, which this year is being held on a Friday afternoon on 12 June. Thanks to our new centralized Open Campus layout, resources and services such as information stands, talks and lectures are now centralized – making it much easier for visitors to find the events and activities that interest them. These centralized activities will be complemented by guided campus tours and guided lab tours. And this year's Open Campus will finish with a musical flourish with live bands performing on stage to round off the day. The event will be held on the Saarbrücken campus but will showcase the wide range of study options and research work offered at both the Saarbrücken and Homburg sites. This year's programme includes:

New centralized layout
The central Information Zone extends south from the main entrance gate toward the main university library (SULB) and also covers the ‘Französischer Platz’ square and main campus lawn. Lectures, talks and presentations will all be held in the ‘Audimax’ building (B4 1). The main information desk will be located right behind the entrance gate, where university staff will be on hand to assist and answer any questions you may have about the event. This is also the meeting point for all those who register for one of the guided campus or laboratory tours.
After an afternoon packed full of information on study programmes, research activities and much, much more, why not join us from about 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. for a festive, musical get-together? Relax and enjoy food and drink from the food trucks on Französischer Platz, listen to live music from Saarland University bands or dance at the after-hour party where professors will be DJ'ing at the turntables. Come and enjoy the Open Campus experience at Saarland University this summer!
