Appointments with the Admissions Office

Important note: You do not need to make an appointment if you only wish to hand in an application form or document. Whenever possible, please submit your application forms or other documents online. Please note that some forms and documents have to be submitted via the SIM student web portal; others can be sent by email to the Admissions Office (studium(at)uni-saarland.de).

The Admissions Office offers consultation sessions from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Appointments usually last 15 minutes and can be booked online. Consultations are mainly conducted online, but you can also make an appointment for an in-person meeting. The time slots we are able to offer depend on the subject you wish to discuss.

You can use this website to book an appointment up to 28 days in advance, but no later than 18 hours before the appointment. If you have booked an appointment but are unable to attend, please cancel the appointment at the earliest opportunity. Please only make an appointment if you know you can keep it and try to avoid cancelling an appointment at short notice, as this makes it difficult for us to allocate the time slot to someone else. Apple users will need the MS Teams app to participate in an online consultation session.

All dates refer to the time zone Central European Time (summer), i.e. UTC+1 or UTC+2 in summer.
