Scholarships
Depending on the degree programme, study periods abroad in Italy of varying duration may be mandatory. Please refer to the study regulations governing your specific programme for detailed information on the required duration.
Erasmus+ scholarships are available for a study periods in Italy at the universities listed below.
The call for applications for Erasmus+ scholarships is published annually in the second half of April. The documents required for application can be found in the following sample call for applications.

A further scholarship agreement exists with the prestigious Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa. This nine-month full scholarship includes accommodation and meals at the university canteen. It is particularly suitable for students preparing their final thesis and is intended for advanced students with good to excellent language skills. The call for applications is also published annually in the second half of April.

A one-month scholarship is available for study at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia. The scholarship can be taken between August and September. The call for applications is published in spring.
