Start-Up Management (block course)

The Department of Technology and Innovation Management, in cooperation with Triathlon , offers the block course Start-Up Management.

Within the one-week block course Start-Up Management, fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship is conveyed. In addition to core principles of business administration, start-up and innovation management, business model development, and business plan creation, practice-oriented case studies provide essential insights into business formation.

During the on-site sessions, participants gain insights into areas such as labor law, corporate law, debt financing, investment promotion, venture capital financing, marketing, taxation, intellectual property rights and risk protection, as well as sales structures.
