Retired vice president of the local court of Saarbrücken and since 2015 research assistant at the Chair of Legal Informatics and the Center for IT-Security, Privacy and Accountability (CISPA). Since 2015 associate lecturer at Saarland University.

Research Interests

Electronic legal relations, electronic case files (civil law, criminal law, administrational law), privacy protection
