Prof. Dr. Osthoff Foundation

The Prof. Dr. Osthoff Foundation was established on December 7, 1990 as a special fund of Saarland University and it supports outstanding young academics at the Europe-Institute by awarding a Hans Werner Osthoff Prize. It also supports special research projects.

The advisory board decides on all matters concerning the foundation. The members of the Advisory Board are

• the founder or a person to be nominated by him/her
• the President of Saarland University
• the Managing Director of the European Institute of Saarland University
