Visa Application

The IRTG members from the German side have to apply for a visa in order to take part in the Fall School in Beijing. The IRTG coordination is going to jointly apply for all visas in August 2009 at the Chinese embassy in Frankfurt (see further information on their website).

Please hand in the following visa application form to the Coordinator of the IRTGbefore July 10, 2009.

Note that the information can be filled in electronically in the PowerPoint files below (some parts of the form have already been completed and should not be changed):

Thereafter, please hand in the following documents to the Coordinator of the IRTGbefore August 14, 2009:

• Passport (valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity beyond the stay in China and at least one blank visa page)
  
  
• Photo (with white background)
  
  
• Copy of residence permit (applicable to non-German IRTG members only)
