The SoPsy PostDoc Workshop is a regular workshop of the Social Psychology Section of the German Psychological Association (DGPs). It focuses on presenting your current and/or future projects, and provides the opportunity for networking and receiving feedback from expert teachers. We encourage you to present ongoing or envisioned projects, issues related to career planning or the current changes in the field of Social Psychology (i.e., experiences related to open science, preregistration, new methods etc.). The workshop aims at providing feedback typically not obtained at a conference. Thus, feel free to present what is currently pressing for you. Moreover, the experts will give talks and lead panel discussions about career-related topics such as acquisition of third party funding, international career opportunities, career and family, and applications for professor positions.

We are happy to present the experts of the PostDoc Workshop 2020:

Prof. Dr. Katja Corcoran (Universität Graz, Austria)

Dr. Anne Gast (Universität Köln, Social Cognition Center, Germany)

Prof. Dr. Joachim Hüffmeier (Technische Universität Dortmund, Germany)

Associate Prof. Dr. Julia Vogt (University of Reading, UK)

We are looking forward to seeing you in Saarbrücken!
