 Contents of the course:

  •  PREPARATION: THE BASICS

         Matrices and punctuation, indexing, data
         manipulation, basic maths, basic functions,
         logical operators, missing data, logical indexing

  •  SESSION 1: GRAPHS, SCRIPTS AND LOADING DATA

         basic line plots, basic scripts, flow control, functions,
         structures and cells, advanced graphs, importing
         data into matlab

  •  SESSION 2: PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL GRAPHS AND BASIC SIGNAL PROCESSING

         plotting ERP data, plotting wavelet data, plotting MRI data,
         digital filters, fast fourier transform,

  •  SESSION 3: BATCH PROCESSING & ADVANCED PROGRAMMING

         files & directories, batch processing, debugging, optimizing performance,
         creating graphical user interfaces

  •  SESSION 4: N.N.
