Research consortium on interactions between epithelial cells and their non-epithelial neighbours

The SPP 2493 is a DFG-funded consortium of 15 research projects that address roles and mechanisms of communication between epithelial cells and their non-epithelial neighbors. The different projects use experimental and theoretical model systems to delineate the molecules, signals and interdependencies of heterotypic cell-cell communication in epithelial tissues.
