We have no open PhD positions, but enquiries are always welcome, in particular if you have your own funding (grant, stipend, prize, etc).

Bachelor's and Master's theses

Applications for Bachelor's and Master's projects are always welcome. You should bring experimental skill,  diligence, and of course enthusiasm for quantum optics, quantum technologies, laser spectroscopy, and atomic physics.

• Polarisationsstabilisierung über eine Telekom-Faserstrecke
• Resonanzverschiebung durch kalte Ytterbium-Atome in einem optischen Resonator

• Entwicklung und Bau einer miniaturisierten Ionenfalle für Quantenkommunikation
