Practice-oriented translator training

Our innovative and admission-free Master's programme in Translation Science and Technology is designed to align with the latest developments in language digitalization and the resulting applications in language processing through Artificial Intelligence. Current requirements in professional practice also play a significant role in the curriculum. The programme focuses on the most recent findings and methods in language technology and empirical research. You will be equipped for modern and future-oriented processes in multilingual communication and for research content and methods in applied language and translation studies.

Good to know: The ideal pathway to the Master's programme is with our Bachelor's in Language Science, but it is also accessible with other qualifying Bachelor's degrees. The Master's programme can also be pursued in just one B-language (English).
