Application for postal voting

In accordance with Section 14 of the Electoral Regulations, I hereby apply to vote by post (postal vote) as part of the group elections at Saarland University.

I have taken note that the postal voting documents including the ballot papers can probably only be sent to me by post from 25 May 2026 and that the application for postal voting is only possible until 2 June 2026.

My data will be stored, processed and used by the Saarland University electoral office for the purpose of applying to vote by post (postal vote). My data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted at the end of the data collection period. I can revoke my consent to this at any time and request information or the deletion of my data. I have taken further information on data protection from Saarland University's privacy policy.
No replacement documents can be provided if postal voting documents are lost through personal fault. Therefore, please look after your documents carefully. Only in the event of non-delivery of the documents (e.g. loss in the post) can you apply for new documents. The application must be accompanied by an affidavit in which you confirm that the documents have not been delivered. Please contact the electoral administration first. If you have received incorrect documents or have filled in the documents incorrectly, you can replace them with new ones. In this case, please also contact the election management first.
