Curriculum Vitae:

Tomas Pioch studied pharmacy at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and graduated in April 2018. Following he spent the first 6 months of his practical year in a public pharmacy. Subsequently he worked at the development and optimization of release methods and in-vitro models of inhaled corticosteroids at the University of Florida, Gainesville. After passing the final part of the pharmaceutical examination he received the license to practice as a pharmacist in November 2019.

He is now working as a PhD student at the Institute for Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology at Saarland University since August 2019.

 

Research Topic:

Development of aspherical, nanostructured microparticles for modified release in pulmonary applications
