Advisory services

As we have only limited time for providing personal consultations, we ask that you only request an appointment when it is not possible to have your questions answered by other means.Before booking a consultation with the LST Departmental Erasmus Office, please read the information on the GoOut! Service Center  and the Welcome Center web pages and use their advisory services. You will also find lots of information on our web pages. Most questions can be answered with a bit of research or can be answered by email.

Please contact us by email for any of the following:

• Requesting that your learning agreement be signed
• Questions about the learning agreement
• Transcript of records
• Enquiries regarding application or nomination deadlines

Please keep in mind that we are not able to work on Erasmus-related tasks every day and therefore it may take a week or two to respond to your enquiry. Please be patient if we are unable to answer straight away.

Your certificate of arrival and certificate of departure needs to be signed by the International Office (except in the case of Eastern Partnerships).

An appointment is required for a personal consultation session. Book an appointment using our contact form. We are not able to advise you without an appointment. Please do not come to the office without an appointment. We need to manage our time carefully to ensure we can provide consultation in more difficult cases.
