Erasmus+ applications managed by the International Office – Other subjects
A number of partnerships in the areas German language and literature, Romance languages and education science are managed by the International Office at Saarland University rather than by subject coordinators in the various departments. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the team at the GoOut! Service Center. Or make an appointment to discuss things in person.

Application deadline: 11 March 2024
You will need the following documents:
- CV (in tabular form; in German and in the language of instruction at the host university)
- Personal statement / Letter of motivation (in German or English; max. length 1 page (A4))
- Transcript of records (listing grades achieved so far in your degree programme)
- Master's students only: Transcript of records from your Bachelor's degree (incl. your graduation certificate)
- Scan of identity card/passport
- Language certificate (Important: if you do not have a language certificate for the recommended level, upload a blank sheet as a substitute in the application portal. If required, you will receive access to an EU language test at a later stage)
