Strengthening HR marketing
We are working hard to build Saarland University into an attractive employer brand. The university's HR Division launched its initiative ‘Strengthening HR marketing – Saarland University as an attractive employer’ with the aim of boosting HR marketing activities and enhancing the perception of the university as an attractive place to work.
The project team is analysing how the university is seen as an employer and is using these valuable insights to develop an employer brand strategy. Building on this foundation, the team is devising concepts and implementing measures in the following areas:
recruitment management
applicant management
employee life cycle management
