„Postgraduale Weiterbildung von wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiterinnen an der UdS“ Die Zielgruppe: Es werden 2 Stipendien für Doktorandinnen und Postdoktorandinnen angeboten, die nach ihrer Tätigkeit an der Universität des Saarlandes eine Führungsposition in einem internationalen Unternehmen anstreben oder sich als Start-up- oder Innovationsexpertinnen etablieren möchten. Die MBA-Studiengänge: Der MBA „European Management“ bildet Führungskräfte für leitende Positionen auf dem internationalen Arbeitsmarkt aus. Eine europäische Perspektive und der Fokus auf „Behavioural Management“ stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt. Der MBA-Abschluss kann berufsbegleitend innerhalb eines Zeitraums von maximal vier Jahren erworben werden. Der MBA „Entrepreneurship & Innovation“ ist maßgeschneidert für diejenigen, die daran interessiert sind, ein Unternehmen zu gründen, Innovationsprojekte voranzutreiben oder unternehmerische Verantwortung innerhalb von Organisationen zu übernehmen. Das Programm kann nur im Vollzeitstudium (1 Jahr) absolviert werden.

„Postgraduate continued education for scientific female staff at Saarland University“ Target Group: 2 scholarships are offered to female doctoral candidates and female post-doctoral fellows who are looking to gain a leading position in an international company or become start-up or innovation experts after their employment at Saarland University. The MBA Programmes: The MBA “European Management” trains executives for leading positions on the international labour market. A European perspective and focus on “Behavioural Management” are central. The MBA qualification can be obtained whilst working, within a period of up to a maximum of four years. The MBA “Entrepreneurship & Innovation” is tailor-made for those interested in setting up a business, driving innovation projects forward or taking on entrepreneurial responsibility within organisations. The programme can only be studied in full time (1year).
