The cover sheet for academic assessments is a mandatory element in the process of registering for all academic assessments, including the report that Master's students are required to submit after an educational stay abroad.
The cover sheets which were previously created separately for each form of academic assessment have been combined into a new cover sheet for all academic assessments. Like before, the new cover sheet can be printed out as a blank form and filled in by hand or completed directly in the PDF. If you want to save the information you have entered, you will first need to save the file locally.
