How to Write a Problem Statement in Translation Studies

This semester’s topic centers around the difference between (research) questionings, hypotheses and problem statements. 

Why is identifying and describing a problem vital for writing a dissertation or a research paper? How does it set the stage for the state-of-the-art section and narrow down the modelling solutions presented in a dissertation? 

The discussion centers around ongoing works related to the translation of hybridity, fiction and non-fiction texts as well as written interpretation.

The doctoral colloquia are scheduled as one-day events on:
