Hochschulball der saarländischen Hochschulen am 11. Oktober | University Ball 2025

Am Samstag, 11. Oktober 2025, ist es endlich wieder so weit: Die saarländischen Hochschulen laden ihre Studierenden, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sowie alle Tanzbegeisterten im Saarland und Umgebung zum Hochschulball in das Saarbrücker E WERK ein.

Die Hochschulleitung freut sich, Sie bei dieser Veranstaltung begrüßen zu dürfen und gemeinsam mit Ihnen allen die Eröffnung des akademischen Jahres zu feiern! Seien Sie dabei und nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit zum Austauschen und Netzwerken in entspannter Atmosphäre, nicht nur auf der Tanzfläche, sondern auch beim Flanieren durch die Foyers und in den Lounge-Bereichen.

Die Veranstaltung startet um 19 Uhr mit einem Sektempfang. Offizieller Programmbeginn ist um 20 Uhr.

Für die Musik sorgen die Big Band der Polizei des Saarlandes und DJ Moh. Über den ganzen Abend hinweg gibt es ein breites Angebot an Speisen und Getränken.

On Saturday, 11 October 2025, we will once again have the pleasure of welcoming students, staff and community members from Saarland and neighbouring regions to join us for a night of dancing and more at the University Ball, which will take place in Saar-brücken’s E WERK event space.

The University Boeard ist looking forward to the opportunity to celebrate the start of the academic year with you. Join the event and enjoy the opportunity to get to know new people and network in a relaxed atmosphere — whether on the dance floor, while relaxing in the lounge or while strolling through the foyer.

The event will begin at 7 p.m. with a champagne reception and official programming will begin at 8 p.m.

Music will be provided by the Saarland Police Big Band and by DJ Moh. A variety of food and drink options will be provided throughout the evening.
