Colloquium Formats
We provide two colloquium formats where students who pursue theses or other projects with us can present their work:
Internal Colloquium:
In the internal colloquium, associates of the chair and students pursuing a thesis/project with us are obliged to briefly present their provisional results in approximately 10 minutes in front of the chair's members and gather feedback for their project. The internal colloquium takes place each Friday at 2:45 pm. We expect each student to reach out autonomously once they have a proposal or results to present and schedule a presentation date.
Open Colloquium:
The open colloquium format takes place on the first Monday of the month at 4 pm. It intends to foster interdisciplinary exchange between chairs of the Sport Science Institute, Saarland University. It is a forum where PhD students, researchers, or outstanding master's students can present and discuss their work.
