Short discriptions of the workshops:
Thrive, don’t just Survive – Resilience, Health, and Sustainable Performance in Academic Careers
Personnel Development Service Unit | Occupational Health Management
Health and performance in academia are often treated as separate topics. This interactive workshop starts from a different premise: sustainable performance is built on health, resilience, and self‑regulation. The workshop explores how physical and mental well‑being enable focus, productivity, creativity, and leadership capacity across academic career stages. Participants reflect on their own experiences and challenges—such as stress management, self‑ and time management, perfectionism and increasing responsibility and connect them to performance demands in academic work contexts.
Key Outcomes:
- Understanding the link between health, resilience, and performance in academia
- Identifying shared challenges across academic career stages
- Co‑developing priority topics for further workshops and learning format

A practical, interactive workshop exploring how gender shapes your identity as a researcher, intersects with other dimensions of experience, and strengthens the quality and fundability of your science.
Career Opportunities after your PhD – Explore your interests and values
