Managing your Erasmus+ mobility in the MoveOn portal

Once you have successfully applied to an Erasmus+ partner university, you will need to submit further documents via our MoveOn mobility portal. The procedure to be used will depend on whether or not you applied online. Important note: This is not a new application, it is simply the means by which you can upload all necessary documents to the relevant funding administrators. 

Please upload all of the required documents (insurance, certificate of enrolment, online learning agreement, funding agreement, applications for top-up funding, green travel documents, transcript of records, etc.) via the online portal using the appropriate form. 

 

For all students who did not apply online:

  • Please start by registering with your Microsoft Teams ID. Do not try and register on your smartphone.
  • Your registration request will be processed and you will usually have access activated on the next working day. You will be sent a confirmation email once access has been activated.
  • You can then fill in the bank details form.
  • The document upload form can be sent with documents that are already available.
  • You will receive the pre-filled funding agreement after sending the document upload form with a request for signature from mobility(at)uni-saarland.de.

For all students who applied online (Business Administration and Economics, Medicine, Computer Science, English Studies):

  • Log in to the application portal with your Microsoft Teams ID
  • Fill in the bank details form.
  • The document upload form can be sent with documents that are already available.
  • You will receive the pre-filled funding agreement after sending the document upload form with a request for signature from mobility(at)uni-saarland.de.
