T4EU Comparative Case Studies in Law

T4EU Comparative Case Studies in Law is an international, English-taught program for second-year law students at the T4EU partner universities in Saarbrücken and Katowice. In small, internationally mixed groups, students work on comparative case studies in civil, administrative/constitutional, and criminal law, supported by academic mentors. The program combines case-based learning with an introduction to comparative law, a keynote lecture, and social activities, offering an intensive and hands-on insight into how different legal systems address similar problems.
