“Which fictional text - when, where and how?”

Teachers’ Day, organized by the English department and the ZfL, is an annual event that aims to bring together people from all three phases of teacher education: students, teacher-trainees, and serving teachers. It is designed to enhance teacher education at Saarland University.  (Overview of past Teachers' Days)

The 7thTeachers’ Day 2010 takes place within the framework of “Anglistentag 2010” and focuses on working with fictional texts in the classroom. The word “text” is understood to cover prose, poetry, drama as well as film. Please check our homepage for further information on the program and registration:
