Saarland University's Europa-Institut is a really special place. The students come from all over the world and the atmosphere is very open and international.

I really liked being able to take lectures and seminars in English and German. We could even take French as a foreign language classes for free.

My favourite memory was participating in a moot court at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. There, we were given a real case and played the roles of the different parties such as the European Commission, the European Council and the judge.

It was a very important moment for all of us, as well as great training for our future careers.
