Workshops and continuing education for alumni

Saarland University offers its alumni the opportunity to take part in the workshops run by university institutions such as GradUS Saarland University's networking and skills development scheme for doctoral students, or PROWIS the university's support initiative for post-doctoral researchers and scholars.

The Continuing Education Centre CEC Saar provides information on a variety of certificate courses as well as Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes of interest to alumni. Some of the courses and degree programmes are offered online and/or taught in English. And many of the courses offered by the university's Language Centre are offered online.

Alumni can also acquire new skills at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (ZelL) where they can attend courses as guests without having to enrol (Gasthörerstudium).
