The professional development, support and guidance of early-career researchers is a key priority at Saarland University. The Early Career Office is a central information hub that brings together everything that matters to researchers at the early stages of their research careers (R1 to R3). You'll find information on professional development and workshops, funding opportunities such as grants and scholarships, advisory services and networking events – at Saarland University and beyond. Whether you're a doctoral student (R1), a post-doc (R2 and R3), the head of a junior research group, a junior professor, or whether you have a tenure-track position (R3), the team at the Early Career Office is on hand to provide support and guidance whenever it's needed.
