In this report the definitions for SIPN, hierarchical SIPN and their extensions to timed and hybrid SIPN are summoned. Chapter 1 gives the definitions of SIPN and hierarchical SIPN. This Chapter is a preprint of the corresponding chapter of the authors Ph.D. thesis. Chapter 2 introduces some extensions to this basic model.
