Teaching

I am mainly teaching translation practice classes (French and sometimes English to German). Other classes include text production and analysis in French and German.

Seminars dealing with language and culture contact, Border Studies and media are open to students from other departments. The seminars are being offered due to my research on the linguistic and cultural industrial history of the Greater Region mirrored in printed and audiovisual media.

BA and MA thesis supervision is possible in the above mentioned research domains as well as in corpus-based Translation Studies and Translation Learner Corpora.
