Electoral Office

The election is being organized by the Early Career Office at Saarland University and coordinated with a group of doctoral students who have volunteered to act as members of the Electoral Office ('election officers'). Only doctoral students who are not standing as candidates themselves may act as election officers. Ideally, each faculty will put forward at least one doctoral student to serve as an election officer, as this ensures that the role remains closely connected to the doctoral community in that faculty.

Further information will be provided in the official notice of election and on this web page.
