Modern development of state-building and legislation in Ukrain: issues of theory and practice
Within the framework of a conference organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Mariupol State University researchers, practitioners, young scholars, and postgraduates are invited to participate in discussions dedicated to current issues in the theory and practice of state-building and legislation in Ukraine, as well as the development of the national legal system in the context of prolonged conflict and post-war reconstruction. The conference will take place in mixed format on 15 May 2026.
Conference Thematic Directions:
- Human Rights in the Context of Contemporary Challenges and Threats.
- Ukraine on the path of post-war recovery: legal aspect
- Criminal justice during the war and in the post-war period
- International legal standards on climate justice: law, politics and safety
The Organizing Committee of the conference sets the following objectives:
- Exchange of practical and theoretical achievements among conference participants in studying the peculiarities of contemporary international and national law
- Development of directions of adaptation processes of legal regulation of post-war reconstruction
Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English, and the languages of the EU countries.
To participate in the conference, authors are required to complete the registration by May 10, 2026, and submit their abstracts via the online submission form.
