Creative Thinking

Creativity and the ability to think creatively are in demand in almost every professional field. According to a study by the McKinsey Global Institute, the demand for higher cognitive skills, especially creativity, in the world of work will increase by almost 10% by 2030. It is therefore advantageous to know the creativity process and to train creativity.

In this seminar, participants will receive an introduction to creativity methodology. It is aimed at anyone who no longer just wants to have their ideas in the shower but would like to generate them systematically. Important thought patterns and “training tools” such as “10 a day”, “Yes, and” and “Brainwriting” are taught in practical exercises. The course is in English, but questions can be asked in German.

Learning objectives:

  • Session 1: The participants know the basics of creativity.
  • Session 2: Participants apply methods to activate their creativity.
  • Session 3: Participants apply methods for generating ideas.
  • Session 4: Participants know methods for evaluating ideas and apply them.

The additional asynchronous units serve to deepen the training.
