Admission applications and enrolment

Admission application requirements

The application procedure depends on your level of German language proficiency:

  • If you have the required level of proficiency in German, you can apply via the dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV) that is managed by the online service platform 'Hochschulstart'. In this case, your higher education entrance qualification will be reviewed and assessed by Hochschulstart.
  • If you do not have the required level of proficiency in German, you will need to obtain preliminary review documentation from uni-assist, which will enable you to apply for a place on a preparatory German language course before you apply for admission to study Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmaceutical Science. Once you have passed the DSH language proficiency exam, you can apply for admission via the dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV) that is managed by the online service platform 'Hochschulstart'.
The application process

The application must be submitted via the dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV) – online application interface (AntOn) managed by Hochschulstart. Your application documents must then be sent by post to Hochschulstart.
