Pathology

Pharmacy, 8th semester · every summer semester · one block week, 2 hours per week per semester (SWS), afternoons · examination content of the Second State Examination in Pharmacy

In the pathology seminar, speakers from hospitals and practices, mostly physicians, show what diseases look like in everyday care. They report from their specialty, present patient cases and explain the role drugs play. Some speakers take part every year, others change, so the topics change as well. This way students get to know patients from the perspective of other professions.
