Bianca Böhme, LL.M.

Bianca Böhme ist wissenschafliche Mitarbeiterin und Doktorandin am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Marc Bungenberg an der Universität des Saarlandes und am Europa-Institut. Ihre Forschungsinteressen liegen insbesondere im internationalen Investitionsschutzrecht, in der internationalen Streitbeilegung und im Welthandelsrecht. Bianca hält Tutorien an der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultät im Europarecht und Internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht sowie einen Kurs zu "International Courts and Tribunals" im LL.M. Programm des Europa-Instituts. Darüber hinaus leitet Bianca die Redaktion der Zeitschrift für Europarechtliche Studien (ZEuS).

Im Jahr 2020 nahm sie am FDI International Arbitration Moot teil und erhielt  den Thomas Wälde Award als beste Sprecherin des Wettbewerbs. Des Weiteren nahm sie am 28. Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot teil, wo sie zusammen mit ihrem Team die Runde der besten 32 Teams erreichte und eine "Honourable Mention" für den Beklagtenschriftsatz erhielt. Darüber hinaus erhielt Bianca im Jahr 2021 den Hans-Werner-Osthoff-Preis für die Masterarbeit "The Modernisation of the Energy Charter Treaty vis-à-vis the Autonomy of EU Law". 

Zuvor schloss Bianca ihr Jurastudium an der Universidad Católica del Norte (Chile) ab. Im Jahr 2019 erwarb sie einen LL.M.-Abschluss im internationalen Recht, Investitionen, Handel und Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit der Universität Heidelberg/ Universidad de Chile sowie im Jahr 2021 einen LL.M.-Abschluss im Europäischen und Internationalen Recht am Europa-Institut in Saarbrücken.
