Exercises for backache

This program aims at the improvement of back problems. It contains only mobilization and stretching exercises in order to solve existing muscular tensions. No pain should occur when doing the exercises. Then, in a next step, it is advisable to do a strengthening program. University Sports' Centre can assist you with this. If you suffer from acute pain, please contact your doctor beforehand.

This program lasts approx. 10 minutes.
